How to fix RC cars?
Occasionally, RC cars need to be repaired. Whether the car uses fuel or is electric, many different problems can occur, such as the receiver not working or the fuel engine not starting. Fixing an RC car can take a few minutes to an hour depending on the problem. Servicing an RC car after each use will reduce the number of long-term repairs.

Arrangement of electric RC cars
Check the car batteries. The reason the vehicle is not running may be exhausted batteries from two sources. The car's battery, which is normally 7.2 volts, maybe dead, or the transmitter's batteries may be. Replace these batteries and check the car again to see if that was the problem.
Make sure all the screws on the RC car are tight. A loose screw can affect the performance of the car. Use the Phillips screwdriver and check all the screws of the car well. The screws that hold the speed harnesses are the most important. If loose, the coated gears could scrape between them, causing wear.
Check to see if the body structure, which is holding it in place, is broken. Pass a cable tie through the frame to fix it quickly.
Glue any part that is hanging from the body. Mirrors, lights, and bumpers can be glued in place with hobby glue. Let the glue dry overnight.
Fix RC gasoline cars
Check the batteries in the transmitter and receiver of the gasoline car. The transmitter batteries will be placed in the base and there are usually eight AA batteries. The receiver batteries may be boxed in, so use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the cover. Replaces the four AA batteries that power the receiver.
Remove the glow plug located in the center of the engine's cooling chain. Use the ignition device on the glow plug to test it. If the spark plug shows a bright orange color, it can be put back in place, but if there is no shine, the spark plug is burned out and needs to be replaced.
Repair any leaking fuel line or gas tank with the insulating tape. If any tube is missing, you can tape it to make a quick fix; however, the tubes will need to be replaced eventually. To replace them, carefully remove them. Connect the new tubes. To replace a failed gas tank, unscrew the three or four screws that hold the tank. Put in the new tank and re-tighten the same screws firmly.
Replaces the rope starter in case the rope has broken. The rope starter is used to start the gasoline-powered car, so without it the car cannot be used. To replace the rope starter, remove the screws that hold it. Put the new rope starter in place and re-tighten the original screws. The rope should protrude about 5 inches (12.7 cm), so test it to make sure the rope starter works properly after installation.
Check the car's chassis for fuel. Fuel-powered cars vibrate more than electric cars, so loose bolts are common. A loose screw can get stuck between the moving parts of the fuel car. Tighten all loose screws with the screwdriver. If the screw tends to come off frequently, use the glue to secure it in place. The glue will prevent the screw from loosening.
Tips
After each use, check to see if the car has a problem. Fixing the problem right away will prevent other issues from happening in the future.
Warnings
